LaylixAI lead system for dealers
Sec. 5 · Compliance

Built to keep your store on the right side of the line.

No legalese. Consent and AI-disclosure are built in from the first text — so the way Laylix works your leads is a way you can stand behind.

Sec. 5.1 · Consent, TCPA & A2P 10DLC

Buyers opt in. STOP always works.

Laylix only texts buyers who came to you as leads, and every conversation runs on a carrier-registered business line — that’s the “10DLC” part. If a buyer ever replies STOP, they’re opted out on the spot and stay that way. And there are quiet hours: no texts late at night or early in the morning, set to your store’s local time.

Sec. 5.2 · AI disclosure (California SB 1001)

It says it’s AI when asked.

Laylix is an AI assistant acting for the dealership; it identifies itself as AI when a buyer asks. It works for your store, from your real inventory, and hands off to your team — it never pretends to be a person on your floor.

Sec. 5.3 · Privacy & your data

Used to qualify. Never sold.

A buyer’s contact info and their conversation are used for one thing: to qualify them and route them to your team. We don’t sell your buyers’ data, and we handle it carefully. The qualified buyer and the alert land with your people — where they belong.

Sec. 5.4 · English & Spanish

Talks to both. Your team reads English.

Laylix holds the whole conversation in English or Spanish, whichever the buyer uses. The buyer profile and the alert that reach your team stay in English, so everyone on the floor works from the same page.

Sec. 5.5 · The short version

Month-to-monthNo contracts; you own your number and can port it out
Sec. 5.6 · Straight answers

The compliance questions dealers actually ask.

Will my buyers know it's AI?
If they ask, yes — Laylix identifies itself as AI and tells them it's acting for your store. It works your leads for you; it never tries to pass as a person on your floor.
How does a buyer opt out?
They reply STOP. Laylix removes them right away and they stay removed — opt-outs are honored automatically, every time.
What about late-night texts?
There are quiet hours. Laylix holds messages outside reasonable hours, set to your store's local time, so a buyer who reads at midnight hears from you in the morning — not at 2 a.m.
Do you sell our buyers' data?
No. A buyer's contact info and conversation are used only to qualify them and route them to your team. We don't sell it, and we handle it carefully.
