Template noticeA starting-point agreement that reflects how Laylix works. Have counsel review and adapt it before you rely on it.

1. The service

Laylix provides software that texts, qualifies, and books leads for auto dealerships. We may update or improve the service over time.

2. Accounts

You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your credentials. Keep them secure.

3. Fees & billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate shown at signup ($899 per rooftop / month plus a one-time activation fee, unless otherwise agreed). Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract; either party may cancel with notice as described at signup.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Laylix to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messages, or to contact people who have not provided the consent required by law. You’re responsible for the content and consent basis of the leads you connect.

5. Messaging compliance

Laylix provides compliance tooling (consent capture, opt-out handling, 10DLC registration support). You remain responsible for obtaining proper consent for the contacts you supply and for following applicable laws, including the TCPA. See our Messaging & Compliance page.

6. Intellectual property

Laylix and its software, brand, and content are owned by Laylix. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laylix isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

8. Termination

Either party may end the agreement as described at signup. On termination, your right to use the service stops and we handle your data per our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
