This policy explains what Laylix collects, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
We collect three kinds of information:
- Information you give us. When you book a demo or contact us, we collect your name, dealership, mobile number, and anything you include in a message.
- Website usage. With your consent where required, we collect standard analytics — pages viewed, actions taken, device and browser type — to understand and improve the site.
- Lead & conversation data (on behalf of dealers). When a dealership uses Laylix, we process the lead and message data they direct us to handle. For that data the dealership is the controller and Laylix is the processor.
How we use information
- To respond to demo requests and provide the service.
- To qualify leads and book appointments on behalf of our dealer customers.
- To improve the product and our website.
- To meet legal and messaging-compliance obligations.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site function and, where you consent, for analytics. You can decline non-essential cookies through our consent banner or your browser settings without losing core functionality.
How we share
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., messaging carriers, analytics, hosting) under contract, with the dealership you’re engaging, or when required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal data. We honor these requests — and because we don’t sell data, there’s nothing to opt out of on that front. To exercise a right, contact us below.

Data retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission is perfectly secure.
